LAB Eiendom and ATR Eiendom AS have entered into a partnership to develop a 38-decare site in Nordhordland Næringspark. The site is fully zoned under a highly flexible zoning plan, which makes it possible to tailor a solution to each individual business within commercial use and space-intensive retail.
