Vestland Miljølogistikk
Vestland Miljølogistikk AS is a joint venture owned 50/50 by ATR Eiendom AS and LAB Eiendom.
ATR Eiendom's core business is project and property development for commercial and residential schemes in Western Norway.
ATR Eiendom develops ideas, manages planning processes, carries out feasibility work, designs and leads the development of new property projects. We bring in architects, contractors, consultants, engineers and other external suppliers as required.
ATR works closely with the market to ensure that what is built is attractive and fit for its time.
ATR Eiendom AS also owns Nordhordland Næringspark.
LAB Eiendom is a property developer that, using its own resources alongside external partners, develops both residential and commercial projects in Western Norway. LAB Eiendom is an independent business unit within AF Gruppen Norge AS.
LAB Eiendom combines a long-term outlook and financial strength with solid local market insight.
LAB Eiendom handles the entire development, from land acquisition through to completion. Our people have extensive experience of zoning processes, project design and every phase of construction.
