A planning application for the first phase of approx. 4,000 m\u00b2 gross is under way.<\/p>\n<p>Our aim is to develop one or more large warehouse, logistics or production spaces for customers looking to lease. We work with Helgesens Tekniske Bygg (HTB) to create attractive, efficient and environmentally sound commercial premises that can be delivered very quickly for the right tenants.<\/p>\n<p>The business park also has access to the sea and quay for tenants who need it.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vestlandmiljologistikk.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/bb-plugin\/cache\/01-Vestland-Miljologistikk-panorama.jpg\" alt=\"01 Vestland Miljologistikk\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"1700\" width=\"2560\" title=\"01 Vestland Miljologistikk\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t<h2>Planning application under way<\/h2>\n<p>The planning application for phase 1 covers approximately 4,000 m\u00b2 gross and marks the start of a development of up to 20,000 m\u00b2 gross in total. By staying ahead on public approvals we create predictability and flexibility, while shortening the time from lease agreement to completed premises. The project is designed to meet specific tenant requirements with very short delivery times.<\/p>\n<p>This approach, combined with a site that is already developed and rough-graded, puts Vestland Milj\u00f8logistikk in a position to deliver occupancy-ready premises around six months from signing a lease. The timeframe will of course depend on the scope of any tenant fit-out, technical requirements or other particular needs to be built into the project.<\/p>\n<p>For prospective tenants this means a rare opportunity to establish quickly in modern, energy-efficient and logistics-friendly premises in a strategic location on the E39.
